At Bi11ies, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Please see below for our return and exchange policy:
Returns
- All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns. Please make your selections carefully.
Exchanges

Wrong Item Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you without any additional shipping cost.

Size Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, we are here to help, subject to the following conditions:
- Inventory Availability: Exchanges for a different size are dependent on current stock levels.
- Condition of Item: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Exchange Period: Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the item.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item to us and for the shipment of the exchanged item. Should the exchange be due to receiving the wrong item, Bi11ies will cover all shipping costs involved in the exchange process.
How to Initiate an Exchange
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to initiate an exchange process. Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.
- Approval: Wait for our team to approve the exchange based on the policy conditions.
- Shipping: Once approved, send the item back to us following our instructions. For size exchanges, also include a prepaid shipping label or arrange payment for the return shipping of the exchanged item.
Please note, Bi11ies reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.
