Shipping policy

 

Shipping policy timeline accounts only for products instock. Preorder time frames are found in the Pre-Order Guide on the menu

  1. Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options, including standard ground shipping, expedited shipping, and overnight shipping. The cost and estimated delivery times for each option will be shown at checkout.

  2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak times (such as holidays or sales), processing time may be slightly longer.

  3. Shipping Time: The estimated shipping time will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout. Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days, and overnight shipping takes 1-2 business days.

  4. Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship within the United States. We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.

  5. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress online.

  6. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will vary depending on your order's total value, shipping method selected, and destination.

  7. Order Changes/Cancellations: If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

  8. Damaged/Lost Packages: If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

  9. Shipping Holidays: We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays observed by our shipping carriers.
